Custom ‘Little Spoon’ Ring in Sterling Silver

A sterling silver ring made from solid recycled sterling silver that I melted down into an ingot and hand forged and formed to get this rising and falling surface. They had gotten another bespoke piece from me a couple of years ago with a similar surface treatment and we decided early on to keep with this rustic finish, with the addition of an etched little spoon on the inside of the ring for their personal sentiment. Adding engravings or etchings to the inside of pieces is a great way to personalise them without showing the rest of the world, or if you’d rather the exterior be kept minimal. Always a pleasure to get to create sentimental pieces like this.
